Specialists in international livelihoods, the Projects Global team are well versed and experienced in livelihoods technical management and implementation, undertaking rapid assessments, identifying and understanding the livelihoods needs and challenges of disaster, conflict affected and/or remote communities. Projects Global is adept in undertaking needs analysis of post emergency environments to utilise as baseline data in designing strategies for livelihoods approaches to the productive sector and are highly skilled in the management and implementation of livelihoods activities and disaster management operations.
Managing Director, Steven Moon is a well known strong, strategic senior executive recognised for moving organisations forward and driving profit growth by reviewing business processes, defining strategy and managing the change process. Steve has a track record for accurately assessing personnel and situations, driving cost reductions, uncovering new opportunities and reformulating available resources to plan and redirect operations for performance improvement in Profit and Loss.
Aside from Steve’s tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering, he is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, an Officer Member of the Institute of Engineers Australia, a Member of the Society of Environmental Engineers, Australian Institute of Project Management and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
